Two ways in,
both at street level.
A proper front entrance with passenger elevators for cast, clients and guests — and a loading dock with freight elevators around the side for the trucks. Nobody arriving for a shoot has to walk through the gear.
Dock to freight,
lobby to lift.
Level all the way in from the dock — no steps between the truck and the freight car, so carts, flight cases and dollies roll it without a ramp. Crew and clients take the passenger elevators from the front lobby instead.
The actual
elevator pitch.
Three floors, forty seconds. The freight car takes the gear — pallets, cases, set walls — while the passenger cars take everyone else. Load-in and call time stop competing for the same door.
And then it
just opens up.
You step out of the car and the floor runs 140 feet in front of you. No corridor, no reception, no waiting room.

Column-light, 21 ft to the deck, blackout capable. One span, no partitions — you decide what goes in it.

Two stages
and a cyc.
Hard cyc at the far wall, lighting grid overhead, dolly track down the centre — and still room to build a second set behind camera.

Stage, bar,
five hundred people.
Truss over a 12 m stage, bar down the long wall, floor seating for rounds. Load-in and set dressing on the same floor as the show.
